Ordering and payment

Cancel order


As soon as we have received your order, we start working on it immediately, so cancellation is not always possible. Please contact customer service; we will check if cancellation is still possible.

Discounts


Discounts are applied in the final stage before payment. Make sure you are logged in to use discount codes; these are also processed in the final stage of the ordering process.

Delivery time


Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days. For international shipments, the delivery time may be longer.

Returns

Return order


Returning an order: You can return your order within 30 days. Make sure the items are unopened and undamaged. Contact our customer service for a return label.

Wrong or Damaged item


If you have received a damaged item, we ask you to contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. Together with you, we will look for a suitable solution.

Purchase amount refund


The purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used to place the order. This refund will take place as soon as we have received the returned products.

Warranty


We continuously strive for high quality standards for our products. However, if you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please contact our customer service immediately for a solution. Together we will assess the situation and what we can do for you. Damage caused by intentional or negligent actions (such as water damage, falls, bumps), or damage due to improper use, insufficient maintenance, normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product is not eligible for compensation or replacement.
