Order and pay

Cancel order

As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately start working for you, so cancellation is not always possible. Please contact customer service, we will check whether cancellation is still possible.


Discounts are applied at the final stage before payment. Make sure you are logged in to use discount codes; these are also processed in the final phase of the ordering process.

Delivery time

Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days. For international shipments, delivery time may be longer.

Return order

Returning an order: You can return your order within 30 days. Make sure the items are unopened and undamaged. Please contact our customer service for a return label.

Wrong or Damaged item

If you have received a damaged item, we request that you contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Purchase amount refunded

The purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used to place the order. This refund will take place as soon as we have received the returned products.

We continually strive for high quality standards for our products. However, if you receive a defective or malfunctioning product, please contact our customer service immediately for a resolution. Together we assess the situation and what we can do for you. Damage due to intentional or negligent actions (such as water damage, falls, impacts), or damage due to improper use, insufficient maintenance, regular wear and tear or misuse of the product is not eligible for reimbursement or replacement.
