Order and pay

Cancel order

As soon as we receive your order, we will get started on it right away, so cancellation is not always possible. Please contact customer service, and we will check if cancellation is still possible.

Discounts

In the final phase before payment, discounts are applied. Make sure you are logged in to use discount codes; these are also processed in the final phase of the ordering process.

Delivery time

Within the Netherlands, the delivery time is usually 2 to 3 working days. For international shipments, the delivery time may be longer.

Returns

Return order

Returning an order: You can return your order within 30 days. Please ensure that the items are unopened and undamaged. Contact our customer service for a return label.

Wrong or Damaged item

If you have received a damaged item, we ask you to contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. Together with you, we will look for a suitable solution.

Purchase amount return

The purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which you placed the order. This refund will take place as soon as we have received the returned products.

Together we will assess the situation and what we can do for you. Damage caused by intentional or negligent actions (such as water damage, dropping, bumping), or damage due to improper use, insufficient maintenance, regular wear and tear, or misuse of the product is not eligible for compensation or replacement.
